After sunset, I climbed out of my coffin and began calling for Julia…. Julia, hear my call. Come to me. Julia. Julia. Julia. Julia. Julia. Julia. You cannot ignore my call. You must come to me now. Julia. Julia. Julia.
But she did not come to me. I had to go to her.

In the parlor of the Old House, I asked why she didn’t come to me? She replied that she to… Suddenly, Barnabas Collins burst into the room with a gun and told her to get out of the way. As she defied him, I disappeared into the night and the sound of howling dogs on an otherwise serene night at Collinwood.
Barnabas must have followed me, but I circled back and waited outside the Old House. Julia came to me and Barnabas would later return to find the front door standing wide open.
